Technology is not all about depended on the computer. We all are cannot thing about a single day without the computer. There is the various range of computer configuration need in our regular life for our own need. From the very begging time Airtel are starting to provide their internet service in Bangladesh. There are 20 different Airtel internet packages are available in Bangladeshi market. Behind the reason of variation, the company says they make various kind of package after thinking about various kind of need of people. Those packages are starting from 10 taka to 747 taka (without vat and tax). But actually, what will happen? People who use the internet service, most of the time do not satisfied. Even there is some area where there 3G service does not work.

The company provides voice call facility in cheap rate. But the calling system is not poor like there internet service. They provide 1-second pulse facility. Even lots of FNF and free minute bundle are also availed. Few year ago there is a problem of call drop. But now a day it becomes solve day by day.

As like there voice call service, their SMS service is also better than any other mobile operator. It is cheap and better. But in the era of WhatsApp and another social app, few of people are like to use the SMS.

Of course, they have a customer care service. It provides better service but the main problem is when anyone fall on long serial of customer care. If anyone, needs help and he calls to customer care, then he will fall in a long run. But few of their outlet provide good and faster service.

  Actually, Bangladesh is a middle earner country. That’s why those kind of mobile operator (Airtel) are very important in our country. But they should improve their performance at a time. Otherwise, their users and subscriber must leave them.
